We cordially invite you to participate in the Congress "One World - Many Cultures", which will take place at the headquarters of the University at 55-57 Toruńska st. in Bydgoszcz. The history of the Congress dates back to 2010, when a series of annual international conferences was inaugurated, aimed at broadly understood intercultural dialogue and the exchange of ideas on the most important problems of the modern world. Previous editions of the Congress were very successful - over 3,000 participants took part in eight editions so far. Among the participants were academic representatives of the field of humanities, theological, economic, social, natural, law, medical and technical sciences, representing national and foreign scientific centers.
We kindly invite both representatives of the world of science and people from outside the academic environment to participate in the Congress. We also count on the presence of students. We express the hope that this year's edition - as in previous years - will abound in many valuable observations and reflections.
The theme of this year's ninth edition of the Congress will be Poland in the face of the 100th anniversary of independence. The revival of Polish statehood in 1918 with all the consequences inspires a deeper scientific research and reflection. We are convinced that the Congress will enrich our knowledge about this event in its various aspects.
An integral part of this scientific meeting will be numerous accompanying events.
Articles written on the basis of presented papers, after obtaining a positive review, will be published in the reviewed scientific monograph or in scored magazines from the B list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
DEADLINES:
Persons interested in participating in the Congress must complete and submit the application form by 20 September 2018.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We also invite everyone interested in participating as listeners – free entrance, without prior registration.
