EVENTS ACCOMPANYING - October 24, 2025
We cordially invite you to participate in the "One World - Many Cultures" Congress, which will be held at the University's headquarters at ul. Toruńska 55-57 in Bydgoszcz. The history of the Congress dates back to 2010, when a series of annual international conferences was launched, aimed at broadly understood intercultural dialogue and the exchange of thoughts on important problems of the modern world. Previous editions of the Congress enjoyed great interest - so far, over 3,000 participants took part in nine editions. The participants included representatives of the humanities, social sciences, medical, technical and natural sciences, representing domestic and foreign research centers.
We kindly invite representatives of the world of science and people from outside the academic community to participate in the Congress. A large group of students always take part in the debates. We hope that this year's edition - as in previous years - will be full of valuable insights and reflections. The theme of this year's, 16th edition of the Congress, will be "Global security in the era of cultural and geopolitical transformation". This extremely important issue, which currently affects almost every sphere of society's functioning, requires research and reflection both from within individual disciplines and from interdisciplinary perspectives.
An integral part of this scientific meeting will be numerous accompanying events.
Articles written on the basis of the presentations given, after a positive review, will be published in a peer-reviewed scientific monograph in the Publishing House of Kujawy and Pomorze University from the list of the Ministry of Education and Science in Poland or in scientific journals.
